Rates - Aruba Sunset Beach Studios

Rates are

• excluding 12.5% government tax and $3 environmental levy per night per studio
• in US $ per night
• based on double occupancy

• Additional charge of $15 per night per studio is applicable with reservations less than 5 nights.
• Extra person charge $15 per night.
• Surcharge of 10% for President's Week, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year.

Cancellation Policy

• If a reservation is canceled 6 weeks or more days prior to a scheduled arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• Cancelations between 6 weeks and 2 weeks prior to a scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the complete deposit.
• Reservations canceled 2 weeks or less prior to a scheduled arrival date, as well as no-shows, will incur a 100% cancelation penalty, including all reserved nights and taxes.
• A partial cancelation (1 night or more) of a confirmed reservation will result in a 100% charge of the canceled night(s).
• We do not accept reservations more than 13 months in advance, except for group bookings of at least 7 studios.
