We stayed at The Sunset Beach Studios for a week in August and we miss the place terribly. Not only is Aruba an enchanting island, but we absolutely believe that we chose the best place to stay while we were there. The staff was courteous, the grounds were kept immaculate, and we were even visited by a friendly iguana who sat on each of our laps to enjoy some romaine lettuce that we offered him. This is the perfect place to stay if you do not like to be in the middle of large crowds and it only takes 10 minutes to drive to Orangestead. We came to Aruba to experience Aruba, not stay in an Americanized version of Aruba which you will find in the high rise district. We recommend renting a 4x4 to see the island in its entirety (which you can do in one day). Marjan will tell you the best places to snorkle and which activities to avoid (she was right). We will definitely stay at this location the next time we come. We loved our room that quickly became home and we miss Aruba sincerely. Thank you so much!!!

Sunset Beach Studios is a great and wonderful piece of paradise. This was one of the best vacations ever and it was due to the hospitality of the wonderful owners (JP and Eve) and the very important member of their staff ? MARJAN. Marjan was very patient and took care of your every request and question. Nora is the best housekeeper in Aruba! JP and Eve take care of their employees just like they take care of every detail to their individual studios. You were welcomed as a part of the Sunset Beach family and embraced with hospitality and safety. We stayed at the Boca Catalina Studios (Studio A). The Boca Catalina studio is an awesome location and gave you the feel of the true Aruba life. We were able to enjoy the beautiful private pool at the studios and the snorkeling at the famous Boca Catalina beach 1 minute away. If you enjoy your own kitchenette with all the amenities then this is the place for you! Every restaurant, car rental (Amigo) that was suggested by Marjan made our Aruba vacation a delight. JP and Eve have made Sunset Beach Studios a jewel in Aruba. Both locations are better than any high rise in Aruba because of the personal attention and the beautiful location. Our home away from home is at Sunset Beach Studios. No worries!

My husband and I stayed at Sunset on March 18th for one night. Maryanne checked us in and was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in Oceanview #10 and loved it. It was very clean and had all the amenities you would expect such as: TV,A/C,Microwave,Table&Chairs inside and out on the porch. Bathroom was very clean and very roomy with glass block walk in shower. Bed was very comfortable. Room felt very open air with all the windows in front and on the side and in the bathroom. Very good value, very good location and we would stay here again. :-)

We stayed from July 8th to July 17th and had a great time. Its best place to relax away from the hotel noise but close enough to everything especially the windsurfing! We will be back!

Great location. Close enough to big hotels for dineing and crowds yet far enough away to feel relaxed and a world apart. Beautiful property with a great island atmosphere. Did not need to rent a car. The local bus and a rented bicycle were plenty. The staff was helpful and kind. Hope to be back soon!

Our second trip to Aruba and it was more awesome than the first! We stayed at the studios in an ocean view (#10) from April 21 - April 28, 2005. We were very pleased with the accomodations and the care and friendliness of the staff. It's the little things like extra towels left on the table when we had the "do not disturb" sign up and a couple cold drinks in the fridge on our arrival. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We rented a car and were gone to beaches most of the time, but also found the grounds well cared for and a peaceful place to relax for a couple hours. We will definitely consider staying here again. My friend and I had a great time at Sunset beach studios. Though we had initially planned to simply overnight we extended our stay for an additional 2 nights. Our activities in Aruba led us to be out of the studios most of the times but we looked foward to the clean and superb accommodation. Thanks to Monique for her patience in guiding us with some of the activities we wanted to do. Much thanks to the owerners for thinking of every little thing to put into the studios......(great thinkers)...smiles...and to Ida....for her pleasant pewrsonality. On this, our fifth vacation in Aruba, we returned home with memories of an awesome time. Our stay at Sunset Beach Studios contributed to our experience. The property is well maintained and you couldn't find a better staff. The accomadations are excellent. We went snorkelling every day off different beaches but the very best was Boca Catalina about 1 mile South of the studios. On two consecutive days, we swam with a school of fish so big that you could not see across it nor see the bottom in excellent water visability of about 15-20 feet. We love Aruba and these studios are a great place to stay.

This is our second time at your wonderful home. We came with friends Micky and Kay Baker and both rented a Garden Studio. We had a wonderful time. You have a beautiful place, great snorkling, sunsets, and neighbors. Looking forward to returning next year.

Just returned from Aruba and stayed at Sunset Beach Studios. Had a great time. The accomodations and staff were great. I highly recommend these accomodations for those seeking well kept, clean, friendly, with great amentities. We will definitely return!

My wife and I stayed (Sept.20-27th) at Sunset on our Honeymoon. Eve and JP were always available for any questions or suggestions while we were there. We liked the privacy and the ability to come back to the Studio at night after being out and about all day. My boyfriend and I stayed in the large garden studio for a week in January. Not only did it appear to be the best deal on the island, it was just as close to the attractions as were the high-rises. The environment was clean, colorful, and quiet. We always had the pool and jacuzzi to ourselves. I would definitely recommend staying in a room with a kitchen, we found that dining out every meal could be expensive. What a unique place! We hope to return as soon as possible!

Dit is ??n van de mooiste plekken op Aruba. Ver genoeg van de high-rise hotels maar toch dichtbij de stad. De bus stopt voor de deur. Gezellige appartementen en ook de tuin is keurig verzorgd: De creativiteit van Eef en JP geeft het een persoonlijk tintje. De jaccuzi lijkt 'overdone' maar niets is heerlijker om na een warme dag onder de wapperende palmen uit te blazen. We komen al jaren op Aruba, hebben er ook familie, maar blijven het liefst hier. Hopelijk tot snel en groeten uit een koud en druk Nederland!

We would like to recommend your lovely little resort to anyone who's looking for relaxed, friendly, nicely decorated and clean surroundings to spend a holiday on Aruba. You defenitely need a car for grocery shopping and visiting places around the island but the most beautiful beaches are very near and also is the most perfect windsurfspot. We will return some day for sure!
