I thoroughly loved this spot. I whisked a girl down to Aruba for our last weekend together before I moved west and this was the perfect place... Great location, just a few minutes from some beautiful beaches, close to the high and low rise hotel areas for when you want to go, but secluded enough that you dont feel in the middle of all the tourist stuff. The staff was amazingly friendly and all the other guests were great. Small, so you can actually meet some other people which is so nice. Rooms were clean, with plenty of room, and inviting. Our flight got cancelled on the way down and the staff at sunset beach studios took care of us, dealt with changing my car reservation (which they were happy to make in the first place as well!) and luckily found a way for us to stay an extra night in the same room even though they were totally booked - and waived our fee for missing our first night! All in all it was an amazing part of our perfect vacation. Definitely check this place out.

We've been recommending Sunset Beach Resort to everyone we have told about our recent trip to Aruba. The staff anticipated and satisfied our every need. Amazing hospitality and genuine personal interest were displayed by JP, Eve and their staff, as well as fellow guests. A small intimate group who most evenings enjoyed Happy Hour together, immediately included us. This type of friendliness could hardly be expected at larger, corporate lodgings. The location on the coastline, 1/2 way between the high rise hotels and the lighthouse, is near numerous beach accesses, snorkeling, and natural beauty as well as cosmo nightlife and shopping. We definitely found the right atmosphere for our preference; a perfect fit!! Rod successfully survived the bilateral double hip replacement surgery on January 30th. He is now slowly walking with a walker, crutches & canes around the ground level of our house. He just calls up peaceful memories of Aruba to relieve stress and pain during recovery. Sunset Studios was the perfect location for our get away. We loved being "off the beaten path," where it was quiet and peaceful. The staff was helpful, the pool and rooms clean, and the beach close.... We couldn't have asked for more!

Sunset Beach Studios is perfect for those looking to escape the more heavily populated, cookie-cutter resorts of Aruba. After a restful sleep on a comfortable queen-sized bed, you'll be ready to seize the day! But don't rush. There is something about Aruba (and the view from your private patio) that will make you want to stretch your morning coffee & "Aruba Today" paper routine.

We had a wonderful time staying at Sunset Beach Studios. We felt very well taken care of, everyone was extremely friendly, the grounds and rooms are very well taken care of, and would very highly recommend staying there. The atmosphere is wonderful. Next time in Aruba we will definitely stay there again!

Beste Eef en Jean-Pierre. Hartelijk dank voor jullie heerlijke, spontane (Brabantse!) gastvrijheid aan het eind van onze gezamenlijke cruise. We hebben genoten. We komen terug naar Aruba en zullen dan zeker wat langer van jullie studio's of villa's gebruik maken. De kinderen hebben volop genoten van het snorkelen en het zag er bij jullie allemaal heel gezellig uit. Toos en Emile.

A GREAT Find !!! I've stayed at the Marriott and the Holiday Inn for 3x the price and they have nothing on this place. Close enough to hotel zone and what's happening but far enough away - less than a mile, to make my trip really enjoyable. If your looking for a 5 star stay @ an incredibly affordable price this is it. If I do Aruba again this is where I'll stay

The place is wonderful and the staff is just great. We spend 11 days including dec 25 and 31 2011 and we did not want to leave!! the beach across the street and the rooms are just enough reasons to come back again and again.

We wanted to honeymoon in Aruba, but did not want to stay in a large motel, so Sunset Studios seemed to be a great option. Upon our arrival, not only did it appear, at first sight, the perfect out-of-the-way, peaceful location for us, we were greeted with a touch of flair with a welcoming sign personalized to us on our door! We found our hosts, Eve and JP to be exceptionally friendly, helpful, and very likable. As to our stay, the location was close to anything and everything we wanted to do. Although there were plenty of public beaches close, we also found more private surroundings just north of the studio which is exactly what we wanted. Our accomodations at Sunset were superb. Everything was well kept, room service was given prompt attention,the pool and palapa were refreshing and relaxing. Our own private deck served for enjoying peaceful sunsets and relaxing evenings. For anyone desiring a laid-back atmosphere instead of the mega hotel scene, we would highly recommend Sunset Beach Studios for a great Aruban experience.

Hierbij onze foto, we hebben weer heerlijke dagen gehad op Aruba, mede dankzij de sunset beach studios. Voor ons voor de vierde keer dat we er waren en iedere keer is het weer wat opgeknapt. Een heerlijkplek voor een verblijf op Aruba! Mede dankzij de gastvrijheid van JP en Eef!

We hebben het reuze naar ons zin gehad, het was precies wat we zochten als verblijf. Een volgende keer blijven we wel wat langer want een week is eigenlijk te kort. Bedankt voor de hulp bij het omruilen van de auto. Het was ook erg fijn dat we op zondag nog in Garden 1 terecht konden! Thanks Sara, Eve and JP, I very much appreciated your hospitality. The Studios offer a very relaxed stay right at the beach. The garden nicely accommodated all the surf gear and the pool and hot tub were very popular.

Wow, second time here and again a perfect stay! We joined the Aruba HiWinds, a yearly Windsuring competition an sunsetbeach studio was our comfortable base camp. The pool, the hottub, garden, nice room and very friendly staff made it al a perfect period on Aruba. See you next time!

Thank you for a great stay. We stayed at the studios in July and had a great time. The studios were really clean and the view from the ocean studio was fantastic especially to watch the Aruban sunset on your deck with your barby going. We came to Aruba for the kitesurfing and we were not disappointed. There was constant wind and Boca Grande was a great location. We would recommend hiring a car especially for the supermarket run and getting to the best kiting beach. We would definitely stay here again!

hey Felow visitors, Wanted to let U know that this place is so relaxed, you can not find this anywhere on the island. when your done for the day, you can either jump right in the pool, jacuzi or the ocean. you can't find this at to many places!! And one other thing this place is friendly and very affortable .....enjoy your stay....hang loose...Phil!

We were in the studio's from May 1 till may 11th. It was an amazing experience! We were with a group of nine people and we had four studios as well as the Ocean View House, which also included a sleeping room. Tha OVH is SUPER! It is large, spacious has everything you need for a group of people to relax, have breakfast together, prepare dinner (of course to be coocked on the huge BBQ)! What can I say? It was a very, very nice vaction. JP and Eff are realy nice people to get along with! They took care of everthing we needed, had some very good suggestions for trips etc. A vaction to remember for a long time and certainly to come back!

Sunset Beach Studios is the place to stay in Aruba. We have just arrived home after a wonderful 2 weeks at Sunset Beach Studios. Our stay there was just as wonderful this year as in the previous years. Words cannot express how much we enjoy Sunset Beach. The owner and staff treat you just like you are family and problems are unheard of. Our room was immaculate and you can decide whether or not you would like it cleaned every day, just get clean towels, or just put the do not disturb sign up and wait until another day to have your room cleaned. The property is beautifully kept and the pool is always clean and inviting. Afternoons under the tiki hut are especially fun since a lot of the other guests gather there for afternoon refreshments and lively chatter. We are close to wonderful snorkeling and swimming (walking distance) and also the high rise area where restaurants and nightlife are located. If you want to stay in a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, Sunset Beach Studios is just what the doctor ordered. Our thanks to all of the staff at Sunset Beach and also to JP (owner) who visited almost every day with a smile on his face and always had time to chat with the guests. You will definitely not want to stay anywhere else after you have stayed at Sunset Beach Studios. Again, thanks to everyone at Sunset Beach Studios and we will see you in the years to come.

Se volete passare qualche giorno in assoluto relax a Aruba il Sunset Beach Studios è decisamente il posto dove stare: -pulitissimo -monolocali spaziosi e ben arredati -personale gentilissimo -attraversate la strada e siete sulla spiaggia (quella libera) con tramonti mozzafiato -per le spiagge attrezzate i ristoranti e i centri commerciali sono 5 minuti in auto o meglio in scooter (eviterete il traffico in citt? , guidare in giro per l'isola è facilissimo, non vi fidate dei commenti su altri siti) -se vi piace la vela c'è sempre una brezza rinfrescante: potete affittare kitesurf, windsurf o catamarani sempre a 5 minuti dal monolocale, il vento viene da terra preparatevi a bolinare al rientro... in compenso non disturba chi rimane in spiaggia -ottimo rapporto prestazioni/prezzo, evitate i grandi alberghi e godetevi la pace di questo piccolo paradiso
