First of all, Marit, Eve & JP were all fantastic for the help, advice, or random chat.

Marit took care of all of our booking needs. Car/taxi, sailing trips, ATV tour, in room massage. It was a big help knowing she could arrange all this so we could enjoy ourselves.

The apartment was perfect and comfortable. Ocean 2. I could live there. I loved the porch, sitting out with a beer, watching the sunset over the ocean after a long day at the beach and a shower. The bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom immaculate with a giant walk in shower. Kitchen had all the supplies we needed and more. Studio did not make us feel cramped, even when we had rest days from getting too much sun. (Fair skinned!)

Location was perfect. In the middle of all these great beaches, walking distance to some if you wanted to have a few drinks, or a short drive from the northern beaches.

Would definitely recommend renting a car. Just for the sake of exploring, grocery, and getting around the whole island.

I spent a lot of time looking into hotels / apartments. Was glad we decided to stay here.

Hidden Gem

Wow..... if you’re looking to get away from the crowds this hidden gem is one to try. I only stayed one night prior to the start of my timeshare and they graciously accommodated me.
What a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere with an uncrowded beach just steps away. The owners and staff are very welcoming and ensure all is well with your stay. Just relaxing on my private lounge area watching the sunset with a cold Balashi and cigar was everything.
In the future I will add some nights to my annual trip to wind down before returning home.

From the arrival greeting to our departure, our week at Aruba Sunset Beach Studios was perfect. The rooms are equipped with everything you might possibly need and the location couldn't be better if you want something a little more chill than hotel row. It is walk-able to some of the best beaches on the island and the views are beautiful. We really enjoyed having the pool and Jacuzzi to enjoy after coming in from the beach each day. The Jacuzzi and lounge chairs were the perfect place to watch the stars each night. Eve, JP, and Marit were wonderful hosts and full of helpful recommendations. We would absolutely stay here again and will be recommending it to all of our friends!

C'est un endruit calme, propre et serein où l'on peut profiter du bel air. La femme de chambre fait également un travail remarquable. Nous n'avions pas pu demander mieux comme endruit pour souligner notre 2ème anniversaire de mariage. We stayed eight relaxing nights at Aruba Sunset Beach Studios. Hosts and team were spot on and went out of their way to make our anniversary/birthday celebrations special! This was the perfect place for us! Clean, full-sized kitchen appliances, beautifully upgraded bath, comfy bed and sitting area. We used the refreshing pool after days on the beach, and the grill for a stay-in dinner. Eve, JP, Marit and team were so accommodating and helpful, providing us with island info. Location is convenient to EVERYTHING! Just a few minutes from best beach (Arashi), best snorkeling (Boca Catalina), and best kite/wind surfing on the island. If you like your own quiet space with an amazing view of the turquoise waters, this is your home away from home! We also felt very safe on the island during the COVID-19 pandemic, with hand sanitizing/washing required before entering each business, employees at businesses wearing masks, social distancing, and stringent entry requirements for visiting the island. The tourist level when we visited was low (15% of normal) so the restaurants and beaches were wide open. It's a great time to visit Aruba!!!

We spent over 62 days with these outstanding studio units.
Located directly across from the warm gentle sea and able to watch the sunsets daily.
Most importantly, the Staff and fellow guests were friendly, amiably and fun.
I fully intend to return next year-(2021).

We just came back from 10 days at Sunset and we could not have had a better time. The place is comfortable, clean, spacious and welcoming (grill and Jacuzzi a plus). We went to Aruba to kite, and to our surprise we found out that our hosts, JP and Eve, are kiters too! What a treat. We even tried kite foiling together in front of the studios. We now have new friends and a place to come back to.

We just stayed here in the large Ocean view and smaller connecting Ocean view for two nights. We wished we had stayed longer. The apartments were comfortable and completely functional to hang out in, relax and cook dinner. The grounds are very tropical and the pool refreshing. They have drinks you can purchase in the office and snorkeling gear you can rent. The office staff is very friendly and helpful.
The owners JP and Eve are super friendly and want to ensure you have a great time; Eve even took us snorkeling to her favorite spot to see turtles (which we did). We loved cooking and having dinner outside overlooking the sea and the sunset, sitting at the large dining table playing games and relaxing. We moved from here to the Marriott and were immediately missing our apartment at Aruba Sunset Beach. Five stars are for what it is and what it isn’t. This is not a posh five star resort. The five stars are earned for being exactly what they are- a cozy, comfortable, friendly and ideally located stay. We would happily return!

Sunset Beach Studios is a great place to stay while in Aruba. The rooms are large, clean and have everything you could want. The location is perfect if you like beaches. It's within a mile of 3-4 great beaches and they have more palapas every year. Many great restaurants are just a short drive away. The happy hour up at the lighthouse is always great because when that sunsets every night over that ocean it is a sight you'll never forget. JP, Eve and all the staff are great people to work with.

Being the last group to leave Sunset last month was so sad. But thank you to Eve and JP for daily information and working with us to get home. When JP came to Arashi Beach to give us the latest info, I knew it was bad! We wouldn't want to be anywhere else during this scary time. For sure our Aruba Home and Family! Can't wait for next year! Take care of each other and Stay Safe!

We arrived safely in the States. We were delayed but we made it. We were the last flight out of Aruba. All of the Aruban people on the tarmac waived goodbye to us. We want to thank all of you for our wonderful stay. You kept us informed and were always cheerful. We love Sunset and everyone on the staff. We will never stay anywhere else. Thank you again for everything.
