Superb place to stay in Aruba.
Sunset Beach Studios was a truly superb place to stay. The hotel is very private, is located in a premium location, very close to the main attractions and to the beach. I'd heavily recommend the place for both couples who want to have some private time or for families or friends looking to spend time under the sun. Thanks so much JP, Eve, and Marit were amazing hosts. Eve even helped us get groceries before we arrived at the hotel, we'd definitely use the hotel again in the future.

It was our first time on Aruba as well as the first time in the Caribean Sea. We stayed 13 nights in September/October 2021 and would have stayed longer finally, but our vacation time was over unfortunately ????.
Thanks to the really nice, friendly and always helpful Sunset Team we missed nothing and our expectations were exceeded by far! That's holiday as you can see it in promotion videos - but in reality ????.

We waren voor de derde keer te gast bij Aruba Sunset Beach Studios en het was weer uitstekend. De combinatie van gastvrijheid, authenticiteit, rust en persoonlijk contact, naast het comfort van de studio's, doen ons telkens terugkomen. Als iets nodig is, wordt het onmiddellijk geregeld, verder is alles prima in orde. En: weg van de massa...

Top verblijf, niet aan een (zon) beach
+ De faciliteiten in zijn algemeen. We hebben heerlijk koel geslapen. Je kunt in de kamer koken maar er staan twee goeie gasbarbecues bij het zwembad waar we dankbaar gebruik van gemaakt hebben. Dat was echt top. We hoefden alleen maar wat vlees in de supermarkt te kopen en konden dat zo op de gasbarbecue gooien. Verder is er een zwembad, heerlijk om, als je terug komt naar de kamer, even in af te koelen. Ook is er een jacuzzi, vrij toegankelijk voor de gasten. Dit voegde voor ons echt heel veel toe.
- De locatie was niet aan een zon-strand. Wil je naar het strand dan moet je echt met de auto. Sowieso moet je echt een auto huren.

JP helped us getting our bearings and groceries on day one, enabling us to make diner, after a long flight, which was greatly appreciated.

Their relaxed attitude helped us to wind down, as did the pool, the jacuzzi and the sunsets.

Crossing the road to the sea to snorkel and visit the shipwreck is also a pretty nice experience. A great place to stay for watersports aficionados.

Can't Imagine a Better Spot When Spending Time in Paradise.
We booked this small lodging during covid with the hope of getting away from it all. It exceeded all of our expectations! The location is literally steps from the ocean and we had a front row view of the sunset every evening. We rented a car so we were just minutes from all the best beaches and dining but it is very walkable to the Palm Beach area.. Our front porch view was fabulous so we either BBQed or ordered take-out for the best dining on the island. The management was super friendly/helpful and a joy to visit with. And lastly the swimming pool/hot tub on site felt like it was for our private use and we enjoyed it every evening. My recommendation is just go and see for yourself!

Mooi appartement met ocean view.
Met ons gezin hebben we een heerlijke vakantie gehad bij Aruba Sunset. De appartementen zijn prachtig gelegen en hebben een ocean view. Je krijgt een ontzettend goede service. De appartementen zijn comfortabel en hebben een mooi terras. Ook is er in de bloemrijke binnentuin en een fijn zwembad. Heel veel complimenten voor deze mooie, aantrekkelijke accommodatie.

I can highly recommend this place. It is a quiet and pleasant apartment complex, very close to the best small beaches on the Island. If you are looking for a place without the mass tourism, this is where you want to go. The price quality ratio is way ! higher than for example the Ritz Carlton. The people are very nice and everyday a cleaning lady comes and cleans your room. The owner JP and his wife are very nice people and will help you with advice on sailing or biking (ask JP !). If you want to mingle with the other guests it's possible, but if you more looking for rest no problem. The garden is very nice and pleasant. This is my favorite spot in Aruba (been here 10 times).

Verzorgd verblijf en vriendelijke personeel.
Heel leuk, klein verblijf. Alles was zoals op foto’s. Zeer verzorgd en schoon. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en helpt je overal mee, inchecken, printen, tips,… Ligging is dichtbij het stand en andere plaatsten zijn makkelijk te bereiken met bus of fiets.

Small apartment complex with charm.
We stayed at this owner operated apartment complex for 15 nights in July 2021. It is only some steps to the beach and to see the sunset. This small complex is away - but not too far from the bigger hotels (20 to 30 minutes by foot) and better known sandy beaches. You can feel that the owners are interested that guests feel comfortable and operate with passion. Owners and staff are friendly and take care of the needs of their guests. We loved to stay in the apartment with ocean view and are sure to choose it again when back on Aruba.
