Me and my girlfriend visited Aruba for the first time and Sunset Beach Studios was our home bases for two weeks. We were surprised by the peaceful atmosphere and though there were many people around: everybody took their own space and respected the privacy of others. We were there mainly for the sun, sea and small beaches...and that is what we got, the whole two weeks, every day. In the night time we often got home in time to watch the beautiful sunset and relax even more in the hot tub, in the morning we took our time to make a healthy breakfast in the simple kitchen, with exactly all the things in it we need to make it comfortable and cosy. Marit and Renée helped me out organizing the most special birthday ever for my girlfriend, Mirte: we will never forget that night, nor the perfect stay we had with you guys the last days of 2021!

What an amazing stay! The room was spotless, with AC and views of the ocean. The location was ideal- sunset beach views; snorkeling and swimming right outside the room; and a sidewalk for a morning run. The rooms had a cooler for day trips, and access to snorkeling gear, beach chairs, and fins. The staff was attentive, professional and exceedingly helpful. They found a life vest for my son, printed emails for me, and covid testing locations for our departure. I highly recommend you stay here for a quiet, relaxing stay!!!

Not only is the facility clean, relaxing and in a perfect location, but the staff and owners are friendly, helpful and over all just lovely. The extras that are available right there: such as beach cooler, chairs, snorkels, really add a huge benefit. We just completed our 4th stay at Sunset Aruba Studios. This is the only place we go to and we love this quiet paradise. The studios are perfect place to stay. Clean rooms, great staff and the huge palapa along with the pool and jacuzzi complete this place. Close to the most beautiful beaches and excellent restaurants. Needless to say, we are coming back.

Quiet and peaceful in the best location. Friendliest and most helpful staff of any guesthouse we've been to, would love to return!

Very nice place, great and friendly service, cleaning top and free beach towels. Located near the best beaches of the island, 5 minutes driving from high rise area. The studio was nice and free WiFi. See you next time.

Definitely worth a stay here! Husband and I have been to Aruba twice before and stayed at Holiday Inn Sunspree. It was perfectly fine for a hotel but with the ongoing pandemic we knew we did NOT want that environment/crowd/atmosphere for this trip. Let me clarify that this was my 50th birthday trip that originally had been planned for Thailand. When we made the decision to cancel that (because of all their quarantine restrictions) a month out, Aruba was my next choice. I quickly jumped on the internet to find lodging that wouldn't be crazy expensive and would be away from crowds. A couple of hits came up for dates I was looking at (beginning of Nov) and I read the reviews for the 3 hits that looked of interest. I reached out to all of them and received responses back on their availability and cost ultimately deciding (after reading great reviews everywhere) on Aruba Sunset Beach Studios. A very good decision indeed! While the ocean was across the street, it was not a swimming beach but a great snorkeling beach (which we knew ahead of time). Have your water shoes for the coral or walk/drive to the sandy beach of your liking! While we never got to meet the owners that every review had kind words, we did get to meet Renee, Marit, Iris and the ground staff, all of whom were amazing humans. From getting us checked in, to assisting for a rental car to be delivered directly to us, a simple hello and wave as we/they walked by. On the day of my actual birthday I came back to the studio with our deck area decorated, which was a wonderful surprise! We stayed in the large garden studio for a week and while it wasn't oceanfront that was very ok with us as it was a bit more quiet and private toward the back of the complex. It served us very well for the week with no issues at all. The complex as a whole has a small courtyard area with a large palapa for shade from the hot sun, a small pool to cool off in, some loungers to laze the day away and 2 gas grills in which we did a ton of grilling on for ourselves (as did many of the other guests staying). A smaller complex allowed us to chat/socialize/grab the sunset with a cocktail with the others staying there too. Many have been there previously, some for many years in a row! We know we will be back not only to Aruba but to this location specifically as the price is perfect for our needs. We're simple: give us sun, a place to sleep, shower and be able to cook for ourselves. We aren't high end, high rise people and if this is you too, this IS the place for you!

We just love Aruba Sunset Beach. It the perfect place in Aruba for a laid-back vacation. You are close enough to walk to restaurants and beaches but far enough away to feel like you are on a small Caribbean Island. The studio apartments have a small kitchen and great king size beds. The staff at Sunset Beach is great and truly make you feel like you are one of the family. JnJ New Bern, NC

After years of hearing the fantastic reviews of Aruba Sunset Studios from our family, my husband and I finally got to visit, and it did not disappoint! You can't beat the gorgeous views from the ocean front rooms or the location with easy access to beaches, great restaurants, and beautiful scenery. JP, Eve, and the team made our trip easy and enjoyable by helping recommend and book reservations, provide towels/Sunscreen/etc for the beach, and even take us mountain biking! Aruba has so much to offer, and Aruba Sunset Studios couldn't have been a better home base. We cannot wait to return!

After almost 10 years of visiting Aruba, it's hard to imagine it getting any better...but it does each time! Eve, JP and the friendly and hard-working crew at Aruba Sunset Beach Studios are so welcoming and accommodating that each visit is unique and special. They helped us find new local restaurants to explore the vegan options on the island, and even took us mountain biking to add another highlight to our already adventurous daily activities. We loved sharing the week with our daughter and her husband, and can't wait to return. The simple, beautiful studios, comfortable porches, well-maintained grounds and breath-taking views can't be beat!

Our home away from home. We just returned from another visit to Aruba Sunset Beach Studios. It's our third time and we've already booked to come back twice in 2022. Eve, JP, Marit and Renee are wonderful hosts and very knowledgeable about Aruba and everything it has to offer. We come the same time every year and it's great to see people we know return as well. Happy at Aruba Sunset Beach Studios. We just returned back to NJ after a 6 night stay in Aruba at the Aruba Sunset Beach Studios and we had a blast. We usually stay at one of the high rise hotels but wanted to try something different this time, and it didn't disappoint. It was like staying with family, and the owners and the staff were very attentive, friendly, personable - no complaints whatsoever. We stayed in an oceanfront studio and seeing that view and sitting on our porch having our morning coffee was unbeatable. The view of the sunset each night was beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and we slept better there than at home. The pool was very relaxing and I'm sorry I didn't get to use the hot tub. Will try that next time for sure. The beach in front of the Studios is a little rocky but we were able to go in with water shoes. We were able to use the complimentary beach lounges at Moomba every day and had a lot of fun there enjoying the water and the 15% off drinks and food as well.

This is the second time we stayed at the Aruba Sunset Beach Studios. This time we booked for next year immediately before we left. The owners and staff are extremely friendly and they make you feel like family. When you arrive at your room you are greeted by a sign on your door with your names. The studios are clean and comfortable, in fact you feel like you're at home. Most days we were out at the beach and would return in the late afternoon for a relaxing dip in the pool. You get to sit and mingle with people from around the world sharing experiences. In the evening before dinner everyone watches the beautiful sunset and than you take off to fantastic Island restaurant or barbecue at one of the complimentary grills. If you are looking for a real vacation where you can stay busy or just relax and avoid the big crowds Aruba Sunset Beach Studios is the best place to be.

Wonderful Trip to Aruba Sunset Beach Studios. Just back from a short but wonderful last-minute trip to Aruba. We were looking for a quiet place to stay, away from the high-rise area, but close enough to walk or drive to it if we wanted to. Aruba Sunset Beach Studios is a gem and the perfect place for us. No frills and immaculately clean, the studios have everything you need including a kitchenette, a small porch, pool, loungers, hot tub, and so much more. Located just across the small road to Malmok beach, you can sit and watch kite surfers all day and enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets you’ll ever see. Each day we walked either to the high-rise area or up to Boca Catalina or Tres Trapi (3 steps), to some of the best snorkel areas on the island. The true secret to what makes this a perfect place is the staff. Marit is so helpful and sweet and we greatly appreciated all the recommendations from quiet beaches to visit, to dinner, to even decorating our porch for my birthday. She made our trip so much better. It’s clear why so many of the guests have been coming here for 20+ years. We are already planning our return in March!

Aruba is zon, zee, strand. Dit kun je allemaal vinden op de high rise: bars, restaurants, casino's, marmer en klatergoud. Het zal duidelijk zijn, daar ben ik niet van. Geef mij: een paar honderd meter lopen, een compleet appartement: waar je geen hotelkamernummer bent, maar een persoon.

I sound like a broken record, but each trip back to Sunset Beach Studios is special! What exactly draws me back there? First class accommodations, Friendly and Gracious Staff, Million Dollar Views, Friendly, Interesting Guest, Beautiful Lush Gardens, Sparkling Pool and Hot Tub, Safe and Secure Surroundings, Great Location. These are the things that have kept me coming back year after year!

Where do I begin? I could go on forever about Aruba Sunset Beach Studios. My husband and I just returned from spending another fabulous vacation at Sunset. Everything about Sunset is great. The owners JP and Eve, the staff Marit, Renee' and the maid staff all go out of their way to make sure guests have everything and anything they may need or want. They will make reservations for you if need be, set up tours for you, etc. The grounds of this quaint place are beautifully well kept. Everything you need is in your room, dishes, coffee pot, pots and pans, etc, along with 2 gas grills on the grounds. If you don't want to leave for meals, there is no need to. Beautiful swimming pool, jacuzzi and community palapa on the grounds as well. Close to many beautiful beaches, a five minute drive to the high rise area for restaurants, etc. This beautiful quiet place sits directly across from the ocean where you can watch stunning sunsets each evening as well as the "local" kite surfers in the evening!!! Again, we cannot say enough about this wonderful place and the staff! We have been coming here to stay for many years and hope to continue to come for many more. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing, peaceful place to stay....this is it!!!! Plus, we have always met some really wonderful people while staying here! You will not be disappointed if you book here!!!!

Heaven away from home !! JP and Eve, their staff go above and beyond. The studios are quaint, super clean, with kitchens and unbelievable views!!! Hard to leave these wonderful new friends. Will definitely be returning soon.
