Sunset Beach Studios is the place to stay in Aruba. We have just arrived home after a wonderful 2 weeks at Sunset Beach Studios. Our stay there was just as wonderful this year as in the previous years. Words cannot express how much we enjoy Sunset Beach. The owner and staff treat you just like you are family and problems are unheard of. Our room was immaculate and you can decide whether or not you would like it cleaned every day, just get clean towels, or just put the do not disturb sign up and wait until another day to have your room cleaned. The property is beautifully kept and the pool is always clean and inviting. Afternoons under the tiki hut are especially fun since a lot of the other guests gather there for afternoon refreshments and lively chatter. We are close to wonderful snorkeling and swimming (walking distance) and also the high rise area where restaurants and nightlife are located. If you want to stay in a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, Sunset Beach Studios is just what the doctor ordered. Our thanks to all of the staff at Sunset Beach and also to JP (owner) who visited almost every day with a smile on his face and always had time to chat with the guests. You will definitely not want to stay anywhere else after you have stayed at Sunset Beach Studios. Again, thanks to everyone at Sunset Beach Studios and we will see you in the years to come.

Se volete passare qualche giorno in assoluto relax a Aruba il Sunset Beach Studios è decisamente il posto dove stare:
-pulitissimo
-monolocali spaziosi e ben arredati
-personale gentilissimo
-attraversate la strada e siete sulla spiaggia (quella libera) con tramonti mozzafiato
-per le spiagge attrezzate i ristoranti e i centri commerciali sono 5 minuti in auto o meglio in scooter (eviterete il traffico in citt? , guidare in giro per l'isola è facilissimo, non vi fidate dei commenti su altri siti)
-se vi piace la vela c'è sempre una brezza rinfrescante: potete affittare kitesurf, windsurf o catamarani sempre a 5 minuti dal monolocale, il vento viene da terra preparatevi a bolinare al rientro... in compenso non disturba chi rimane in spiaggia
-ottimo rapporto prestazioni/prezzo, evitate i grandi alberghi e godetevi la pace di questo piccolo paradiso

Voor de 2e keer verbleven wij in Sunset Beach App. Vakantie was super. Locatie is perfect, aan zee en ook dicht bij de uitgaansgelegenheden en stad. JP, Eef en Monique (deze vakantie hebben we Sarah niet meegmaakt) zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het appartemant was schoon en dagelijks v.v. handdoeken etc.
Volgende keer als we naar Aruba komen gaan we zeker hier weer naar toe.

We liked Sunset Studios because we
kiteboard and it was very close to the kiting
area. JP and Eve the owners are very friendly and
understanding when we had to leave early. They
have a charming place in a great location. It's was nice being
able to drive right up to the Studio. We enjoyed meeting other
guests by the cabana. We liked our morning breakfast on
our deck. Sunsets at the Studio were awesome. Aruba needs fewer
mega hotels and more Sunset Studios. What a great spot. We
will be back. Thank You JP and Eve!

My girlfriend and I found this place located just a short way north of the kite beach called Fishermen's Hut in northern Aruba. It has a lovely atmosphere, the building is covered in flowers and I could throw a stone from the front and hit the ocean, it was that close. The staff were very nice and accommodating and our room was splendid. We had a nice queen-sized bed with a kitchenette, air conditioning, free wi-fi, and a nice patio to have drinks and snacks on in the evening. If you're trying to get away from the Las Vegasy atmosphere of Palm Beach, Sunset Beach Studios is a wonderfully affordable alternative.

The stay at Sunset Beach Studios has been just wonderful. The staff is amazing; very friendly and courteous. The location is perfect; right within walking distance to some of the popula beaches. The property if very clean and well-maintained. The cleaning crew is great; always took care of our need without any problems. Always had fresh towels. I would certainly recommend this property for whoever is looking for a relaxed atmosphere without the large crowds. Overall, we have been very pleased and that's why we keep returning year after year. Thanks Sunset Beach Studios!!

Great getaway!

Great place to go on Aruba if you want to be right at the beach but not in the high-rise combat zone. Right across the street from the beach. The street is the island's main road, so it can be busy. Rent a car to get to towns, restaurants, stores, casinos which are to the south a mile or more, and the most beautiful and uncrowded beaches are to the North a few miles. Lovely pool, jacuzzi, GREAT PEOPLE!!!!

We stayed at the sunset beaches studios and had a wonderful time. We enjoyed our stay and the staff was wonderful. The studio was very cleaned and nice ... We was there May of this year 2010 and we coming back after the holidays we go for a week and have a great time. Most important the staff was great took great care of everything great location and very quiet and relaxing place .......... Thanks sunset beach for your caring and kindness during our vacation

From a lodging and accommodations standpoint, one of the best developments on Aruba took place about 14 years ago when J.P. and Eef van den Eerenbeemt bought the old Boulevards property and began renovating it for their family home and as studio apartments for friends and guests. Now known as Sunset Studios and still owned/operated by J.P. & Eef, the entire property is available for rentals to visitors who want to be right on the beautiful western-facing beach along the northern end of the island but who want something other than the high-rise and time-share craziness and congestion of Palm Beach or Eagle Beach. Located in Malmok neighborhood, just north of Fishermen?s Huts and before Arashi and the California lighthouse, Sunset Studios has a laid-back island feel in a garden setting with loyal clientele from all over the globe who appreciate a cozy, clean, secure and comfortable apartment rental that has friendly staff, is well run and reasonably priced. For the windsurfers who want the convenience of a beach launch (right out front!) for their own gear or who want access to the best rental gear and professional instruction in the world at the Huts, Sunset Studios can?t be beat.
On my most recent visit (June 2010), I stayed in the Ocean View studio #8 for 2 weeks. JP and his wonderful staff went out of their way to make the time enjoyable in every way. Special thanks to JP for loaning me some of his personal "secret gear" on those (unusual!!) light wind days during the first week when my stuff was too small. Special "dankis" also to Sarah and Monique in the office for keeping everything running smoothly -- rain or shine. Martha was sad she could not come on this visit, but we will both be back next summer for more great times in Aruba, thanks in large part to Sunset Studios.

This was my 6th time to Aruba and my first time staying at the Sunset Beach Studios. We were impressed with the friendly staff and location. We windsurfed most of the time at Aruba Active Vacations and found them to be perfect for our needs.
I highly recommend these studio apartments.
