with reservations less than 5 nights.

20% deposit required at booking.
If your reservation is cancelled greater than 6 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival, 50% of the deposit
will be refunded.
Cancellation after this deadline leads to forfeiture of deposit.
We do not accept reservations more than 13 months in advance.
